Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Domestic Shipping Across India

Savee provides complimentary express delivery on all orders exceeding ₹2,999 within India. For orders valued below ₹2,999, a flat insured delivery surcharge of ₹250 applies. All shipments are dispatched via our primary express logistics partners, BlueDart Air and Delhivery Express.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

In-stock curated pieces (including ready-to-drape Sarees, Dupattas, and standard size Kurta Sets) undergo a rigorous 3-point quality inspection and are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our Mumbai fulfillment center.

If you have requested bespoke blouse stitching, custom fall/pico finishes, or custom sizing through our concierge, please allow an additional 3 to 5 working days for master tailoring.

3. Estimated Transit Times

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 3 Business Days from dispatch.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Destinations: 3 to 5 Business Days from dispatch.
• Remote & Regional Locations: 5 to 7 Business Days.

4. International Shipping

We proudly ship Savee handcrafted heirlooms to patrons worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Europe via DHL Express. International shipping fees and applicable local customs duties/tariffs are calculated at dispatch based on destination territory.

5. Packaging & Tamper-Evident Delivery

Every creation is encased in a breathable natural muslin bag, wrapped in acid-free tissue, and packed in our rigid, wax-sealed Savee presentation box. If you observe any physical tampering with the outer box upon delivery, please refuse receipt and contact concierge@savee.in immediately.
