2. Handloom & Craft Nuances Disclaimer
Savee products are handcrafted by master weavers and needlework artisans. Due to the natural characteristics of handloom weaving and yarn spinning, subtle variations in texture, color depth, and zari alignment are inherent traits of handloom textiles rather than manufacturing defects.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on Savee are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) where required by Indian statutory regulations. Prices are subject to revision without prior notification, but confirmed orders will always be honored at the placed rate.
4. Intellectual Property
The Savee trademark, jharokha arch monogram, logos, photography, editorial text, garment patterns, and website design are the exclusive intellectual property of Savee Indian Wear. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
